Everyone has strengths and that applies to ministries, too. While our church has many excellent in-house ministries--some which are uniquely ours--we aren't so foolish as to overlook the great work others are doing. So, when we find a ministry or organization that specializes in meeting a need AND they are effectively meeting that need, we find ways to partner with them.
