FIRST WEEK OF MARION ARTS CENTER for the SPRING 2019 Semester is JANUARY 21-24.
As a division of the Worship Arts Ministry of First Baptist Church, the MAC exists to provide Christ-centered arts education opportunities to persons of all ages and skill levels. Students benefit from well-qualified teachers, all committed to artistic excellence and a God-honoring approach to learning and performance. Arts Center students have the opportunity to participate in an annual showcase performance at the conclusion of each spring semester. Additionally, many students become involved in other performance opportunities in our church and community.
Our motto at the Marion Arts Center is “inspiring the artist in everyone” because we believe that no one is too old, too young, too skilled, or too unskilled not to benefit from learning to express themselves creatively and to impact our world.
The Marion Arts Center offers enrollment each semester in the following areas:
Beginner and Intermediate Piano
Beginner Bass Guitar
Dance Lessons are offered for ages 3 through 5th grade and are $160 for the 13-week semester; 3 year olds thru Kindergarten - Ballet and Tap class, 1st thru 5th grades - Ballet and Jazz class.
